At AWC Web Design, a standard service website is $2,500, one time. That buys up to eight pages. The rest of this page explains what moves that number, so you can work out your own total before you talk to anyone.
We can only speak for our own prices, which are published. We don’t know what other firms charge, so when you compare quotes, compare what each one includes, not only the total.
What the $2,500 covers
A standard service website includes:
- Up to 8 pages, written and designed for your services and your area
- A mobile-first layout, tested on real phones
- On-page SEO: titles, descriptions, headings, schema and internal links
- Contact and quote forms with spam protection and lead notifications
- Analytics and call tracking, set up and checked
- Launch support: domain, redirects, sitemap and search-engine submission
You review every page on a private preview link before anything goes live. When the site is paid off, it is yours: the files, the domain and the content.
What changes the price
These are the price lines for building a site:
| What you need | Price |
|---|---|
| Standard service website, up to 8 pages | $2,500 one-time |
| Each additional or landing page | $200 |
| A focused 3-page funnel for one offer | $600 |
| Online store, up to 25 products | $3,500 one-time |
| E-commerce Plus, for larger catalogs | $4,500 one-time |
You add the lines you need. A ten-page service site, for example, is the $2,500 standard website plus two additional pages at $200 each. A single-offer campaign is the standard website plus the $600 funnel.
Already have a website worth keeping? A rebuild keeps your current pages at the same addresses and redirects every old link. Its price is on the website rebuild page, so you always see the current number there.
What you pay after launch
A website is not only a build. Hosting keeps it fast, secure and backed up. AWC hosting is $50 a month and includes daily backups, security monitoring, updates and three small changes a month, such as a new photo or an updated price. Advanced hosting is $75 a month and adds a staging copy, priority support and enhanced security scanning. If you would rather keep your own host, You Host, We Maintain is $100 a month.
Hosting is month to month. When your site is paid off, you can move it anywhere.
How payment works
Anything up to $6,000 starts with $200 down, then six monthly payments at 0% or twelve monthly payments at 12%. Projects over $6,000 start with a $500 retainer, then 25%, 25% and 50% as the work ships.
The estimate builder on the pricing page shows the monthly payment for your own total.
What to ask any web designer
Whoever you hire, get these answers in writing:
- What is included, page by page? A total with no list is hard to compare.
- What happens after launch? Ask what hosting costs and what a small change costs.
- Who owns the site when it is paid off? Ask for the answer in plain words.
- What is the next price? If a page, a form or a store feature costs extra, you should see the number up front.
Every AWC price is on the pricing page, with an estimate builder that adds your choices up from the same list the service pages use.
Next step
If you are in Winnsboro or anywhere in Texas and want a number for your own business, build an estimate on the pricing page or request a quote. The written plan that comes back lists every page and every price.
For the details and the price, the Website design page lists what is included, and you can request a quote at any time. More articles are on the AWC blog.
